Woke up this morning to a flood of water coming out of our water heater drain on the back porch. Checking the water heater the drain pan was also wet. I called AAA SERVICE and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Andrei was amazing! This was NOT something we were prepared for, and I was worried the cost would be prohibitive. Andrei came in and quickly diagnosed that we would need a new water heater due to cracking (above my head but he explained). He then, in a very professional and compassionate manner went through costs with me. He patiently took me through several options to make sure I could afford to have this done. He did NOT try to hard sell or make me afraid to ask questions, even taking the time to see if I bought the parts separately if it would save me money. I appreciate this as in this day and age of increasing costs some service people have a "take it or leave it" attitude and Andrei wanted to make sure we were taken care of and was willing to work with me to find the best option. He replaced the water heater in under 3 hours. Friendly, clean and so kind. I will absolutely use AAA Service in the future because of the amazing service I received today! Also they have a service plan that covers a ton of stuff and actually puts money in your account to use for a future purchase, that is amazing!

We experienced some sewage back up in our shower drain. AAA was great in sending someone quickly. Carlos was efficient in clearing the drain. He was very polite and professional. When he left it appeared as if he wasn't even here. So sweet that he even offered to shovel snow for me. Thank you for your service.

Andrei came out for plumbing work, and he was both very efficient and extremely personable. He explained things concisely and confirmed every step of the way that my issue was being resolved.

We had water coming from the floorboard behind the wall behind the washing machine. I was worried a pipe burst in the cold weather. Carlos came out the same day that I called and ran a scope to check it out, and it turns out the water in the pipe was just frozen. No damage at all and he told me to just let it thaw. He didn't even charge me for the work! Would highly recommend AAA Service Plumbing and I will definitely be calling them again.
